Here at Nikee HealthCare Services we firmly believe in developing our employees in order to provide suitably trained staff and in turn offer them a fulfilling career. We believe that developing our employees is the key to providing fulfilling careers and to achieving business success, so we're committed to providing development opportunities which enable our people to reach their full potential.

Our new employees go through an induction programme and then meet with their team of supervisors to discuss their continuing professional development, with progress reviewed regularly in one-to-one meetings and reviews. We provide a development framework, expert advice, a supportive manager and colleagues, and the tools to enable our candidates to do their job successfully. It is our policy to continually train and supervise all employees during their employment to ensure up to date training's.

Our employees’ training is focused on the skills which are important to our clients, to help us meet client needs, and bring out the best in our employees. Development opportunities include on the job learning through coaching and feedback, work shadowing and secondments; professional qualifications and a variety of external training courses delivered by Registered/qualified training Company’s.

Nikee Healthcare Services staffs undergo a two weeks induction programme which serve as a headstarts.

All Nikee Healthcare Staffs must shadow up to three shifts before they can cover a shift independently.

This raises staff awareness of the patient experience and helps staff to understand what is working well for patients.
